Due to the death of Gerald J. (Suze) Calvert, the following will be sold at public auction at the Calvert farm located south of Keytesville on Rockford Hills Avenue. From Route K at the East edge of Keytesville; go south approximately 3 miles; after crossing the Chariton River go right on Rockford Hills Ave; then on south approximately 2 miles to farm on west side of road.
Auction Order - Starting promptly at 10:00 am with household/collectible items then to tools & shop items on wagons; At 1:00 p.m. we will stop & sell the Real Estate & Cars which will take about 20 minutes; We will then go to the Machinery, corn crib, etc., which will take about a hour or less and then we'll start back where we left off on the wagons & finish up back on the small items on wagons.
