The balance of the purchase price by Certified Funds will be due upon closing within approximately 30 days. Buyers must have financing secured prior to the auction. Seller will provide Title Insurance at their expense; the preliminary Title Insurance Committment will be availabe on Auction day. The Buyer and Seller will split the closing fee charged by Chariton Title, which will be approximtely $200/each.
