Enyeart Auction & Realty LLC is a family-owned & operated auction, real estate & appraisal company located in the heart of Chariton County, Keytesville, MO. For over 60 years, we’ve prided ourselves in honesty, fairness, & professionalism, with our customer’s best interest as our #1 priority. We specialize in all forms of real estate & personal property. Regularly conducting auctions & listings of Agricultural, Residential, Commercial & Recreational properties, as well as Farm Machinery, Antique, Household, Guns, Coins, & Business Liquidations. Our staff is ready, willing & able for any type of auction or listing. We facilitate live, online-only & simulcast (live & online) auctions. Live, in-person auctions can be conducted at your property, our auction center, or another venue of your choosing.
History of Enyeart Auction & Realty
Enyeart Auction & Realty LLC was established by Col. Wallace Enyeart over 60 years ago. Wallace began his real estate career with the United Farm Agency in the 50’s, becoming one of the top-selling agents in mid-Missouri, before starting Enyeart Auction & Realty. His auction career also included livestock auctions, being employed by numerous livestock markets throughout mid-Missouri. He holds titles for Reserve World Champion Auctioneer & Missouri Cattlemen Champion Auctioneer. Wallace’s wife Peggy & four children greatly contributed to the auction & real estate business over the years as well. Wallace passed away in 2011 at the age of 77, but his legacy lives on by his son and grandsons.
DANIEL ENYEART
Daniel, Wallace’s oldest son, worked in the family business since childhood & continued building Enyeart Auction & Realty LLC into what it is today. Daniel was a licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Auctioneer, & Missouri General Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Like Wallace, Daniel sold at livestock markets throughout Missouri & holds titles as the Missouri LMA Champion Auctioneer in 2012; Champion Auctioneer in the Mid-America Auction Championship; Runner-up Champion Auctioneer at the Missouri State Fair Auctioneer Contest; Regional Champion and 3-time Reserve Regional Champion in preliminary World Livestock Auctioneer competitions. Daniel passed away in 2023 after a three-year battle with cancer. His wife Gina & three sons continue to work in the family business to this day.
LOREN ENYEART
Loren, Daniel’s oldest son, joined Enyeart Auction & Realty full-time in 2013 after graduating from the University of Missouri with a degree in Agriculture. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson & Missouri General Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Loren is also the head appraiser for Enyeart Appraisal Services LLC, specializing in the certified appraisal & valuation of all forms of real estate. His wife Amber regularly clerks for personal property auctions throughout the year as well. Loren, Amber & their son Abram live in Keytesville.
CLAYTON ENYEART
Clayton, Daniel’s middle son, is a third-generation Licensed Auctioneer & Broker-Salesperson for Enyeart Auction & Realty LLC. Clayton is a 2015 Missouri Auction School graduate & joined the family business full-time in 2016 upon graduating from the University of Missouri with a degree in Agriculture Business Management. His wife Alyson works full-time in the business as well, in charge of advertising & marketing. Clayton, Alyson & their three children (Aubrey, Adrian & Andrea) live in Glasgow.
