Tract #1 – 156.13 Surveyed Acres +/-
Located along the West side of CR 220. A highly productive levee protected Missouri River bottom farm w/ 143.88 FSA tillable acres. Approximately 90% tillable w/ Blencoe, Landes & Treloar soils. An additional 2.80 acres +/- of tillable ground is on the river side of the levee. Near the center of the property is a 12-inch irrigation casing with an 82 ft depth, and an 8-inch irrigation pipe.
