Terms of Auction
Loader will be available day of auction. Items are the responsibility of the buyer once the auctioneer says sold. Buyer will have till end of day Sunday, June 2nd (2 weeks from auction date) to remove items from the property. Any items left on the property after this 2 week period will be considered abandoned property. Most all vehicles & trailers have titles and will be confirmed prior to selling. No titles will be given sale day unless items are paid for in cash. Otherwise, titles will be mailed certified USPS to your auction registration address in approximately 2 weeks from the sale.
Terms: Items will be sold in AS-IS condition at the time of sale. Buyer is responsible for items once Auctioneer says “sold”. Driver’s license is required at registration. Announcements made day of sale supersede all prior advertising. Payment options include: Cash, Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, & Credit Card (3%). Bathrooms available onsite. Complimentary Donuts & Coffee available. Hot Dogs, water & cookies sold by the family.
