    Personal Property:  Registration w/ Photo ID is required. Cash, Check, Credit Card (3%) w/ proper ID. Nothing is removed until settled for. Auction Personnel or owners not responsible for in case of accidents or items after sold. All items sell AS-IS, where-is. Announcements sale day take precedence overall all advertising.

    Real Estate:  10% of purchase price as Earnest Money deposit required day of auction. Balance due upon closing within approximately 30 to 45 days. Buyer must have financing secured prior to bidding. Possession granted upon closing. Property is sold in AS-IS condition with no contingencies. Sale is subject to seller approval.
