Terms:  10% Earnest Money Deposit due day of Auction upon entering into Real Estate Purchase Contract; balance of the purchase price by Cashier's Check, due upon closing with approximately 30 days.  Sale of Property is subject to Charition County Probate Court Approval.  2020 Taxes will be paid by the Seller; all 2021 taxes will be responsibility of the Buyer. Title Insurance furnished by the Seller; closing fee (approximately $400 to be split between buyer/seller).  Possession of land will be granted to Buyer upon closing.  Buyers must have financing secured to bid on this Auction, selling without Contingencies, with the exception of the Survey which is scheduled to be completed prior to Auction.
